Food & Beverage operations contribute a substantial share of overall hotel revenue, particularly in lifestyle and urban properties. Yet, F&B has historically been treated as the “prodigal child” of hospitality revenue management—underappreciated, under-measured, and under-optimized. As pressures on profitability increase, and technology finally catches up, F&B revenue management is poised for a renaissance.

This roundtable brings together commercial leaders, operators, and innovators to explore how we can break old paradigms, elevate F&B revenue strategy, and unlock value through data, design, pricing, and digital enablement.
