Vibhu is a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience across Asia and the Middle East. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos at Accor, he focuses on helping hotels grow their revenue, refine pricing strategies, and make the best use of technology.

His journey has taken him through some of the industry’s most respected brands, where he has played a key role in shaping commercial strategies, supporting hotel openings, and improving operations. Along the way, he has built strong relationships, learned from diverse cultures, and earned the trust of colleagues and industry leaders.

Vibhu’s career includes time with Accor, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Centara Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, JA Resorts & Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts. His foundation comes from hands-on training at the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development and a degree in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
