Kiattipoom Kiatkawsin, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of hospitality and tourism management at Singapore Institute of Technology. His expertise includes customer experiential design, luxury consumption, and technology-induced service delivery design. Dr. Kiatkawsin has been involved in various consultancy projects with organizations such as the UN Tourism, UNPD, and the Korea Tourism Organization. He regularly contributes to the scientific community and has over 30 publications in SSCI-indexed hospitality and tourism journals. Dr. Kiatkawsin is also a board member and the director of Young SKÅL International, Singapore. Additionally, he represents Singapore on the board of the Asia Pacific Tourism Association.
