Audrey Lim is an accomplished hospitality leader with extensive experience in luxury hotel operations and management across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as General Manager of Aloft Jakarta Kebon Jeruk, she brings a strong background in operational excellence, guest experience and team development.

Throughout her career, Audrey has held senior leadership positions at prestigious hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. Her previous roles include Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place and Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.

A graduate of RMIT University in Melbourne, Audrey is passionate about developing future hospitality leaders, empowering teams and creating exceptional guest experiences.
