With a career spanning over two decades in digital innovation, start-up, eCommerce and retail marketing experience, I specialize in driving transformative change through cutting-edge technology.
During the pandemic, I founded Techsembly, an ecommerce start-up addressing the urgent revenue challenges faced by the hospitality industry. Our SaaS platform became a lifeline for hotels, including 10 of the world’s top 20 luxury hotel chains. By enabling seamless multi-product sales, from room bookings to F&B and gift vouchers, we delivered new revenue streams and, in many cases, became hotels’ primary income source during unprecedented times. I scaled the business from 2 to 55 employees by the time of the sale, successfully expanding operations globally, across all continents.
In June 2023, Techsembly was acquired by Sabre, where I became Vice President of AI & Innovation for Sabre Hospitality. I lead our global AI strategy and launched the company’s first AI go-to-market products, including SynXis Concierge.AI – a unified intelligence and communications platform embedded directly into the booking engine and extended across voice, email, social, web, and direct channels. It enables AI-powered conversations, recommendations, issue resolution, and bookings, helping hotels drive direct revenue through personalised, automated engagement.
In July 2025, Sabre completed the sale of Sabre Hospitality to TPG (private equity). I was part of the small deal team that helped shape and drive the transaction, contributing commercial, product, and AI strategy perspectives to support the acquisition.
Following the sale, I now lead a dedicated incubation team of AI engineers focused on the next era of hospitality intelligence; AI discovery, semantic and ontology mapping, structured content, hotel profile enrichment, personalised bundles, closed-commerce flows, and automated guest-level services. My work centres on building the intelligence layer that makes hotels discoverable, trusted, and bookable in an AI-driven world.
