    Alleena Abdullah is a trainer partner at Pace by Wavemakers Collective, an energetic brand, marketing, and motivation facilitator, bringing over two decades of expertise in hospitality, brand strategy, marketing, innovation, and leadership development.

    With a Post Graduate Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management from the South of France and an MBA in International Hospitality Management from Cornell University at ESSEC Business School in Paris, she offers a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of the hospitality industry. 

    She is also the founder of Yellow Tree Malaysia and is the lead consultant and professional facilitator. The company was set up to train and consult corporations, SMEs and under-served communities (women, indigenous and refugees) in both soft and hard skills; team communication, business and personal branding.

    After residing for more than 25 years abroad, Alleena developed extensive strategic knowledge in brand, marketing, innovation and sales management. She’s consulted, trained and coached numerous international and local consumer brands in banking, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, telco, luxury, and start-up industries with mega brands such as Shell, Intel, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sime Darby and many more. She was an active driver in the areas of corporate mentorship for peers and management trainees that unleashed her interest in change management.

    Alleena is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, enhancing her expertise in human behaviour and transformational coaching. She is also a certified Virtual LearnCaster (VLC), equipping her with advanced skills to deliver interactive and engaging online training. With an additional certification in NLP Coaching, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey of self-development.

    Beyond her training work, Alleena co-founded Merawan, a boutique consultancy dedicated to alleviating leadership poverty through facilitation and coaching. She is also an Associate Partner at Flow Group Malaysia, a global consultancy focused on leadership and organisational development.
