With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have held a variety of roles across hotels, offline travel agents, and online travel agencies, managing both B2B and B2C segments. My career journey includes 9 years at Bali Mandira Beach Resort and Spa, where I gained extensive operational and management experience. I then spent 2 years at Agoda, focusing on online travel solutions and customer engagement. Additionally, I worked for 2.5 years at PT. Vivatravelindo under Vivanews, managing travel services and strategic operations, and 1 year at TMS Tour and Travel, handling the China market and international customer needs. Since 2014, I have been with Traveloka, initially involved in establishing and leading the Market Management team across Southeast Asia to expand our footprint and optimize the regional supply network. Currently, I serve as the Country Market Manager, overseeing the accommodation supply strategy and sourcing efforts to drive market growth, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure competitive advantage within Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region.
