Mr. Young-Moon Kim, President & CEO of Mayfield Hotel, is a seasoned hotel management professional and tourism expert who has been leading the company for nine years.

He began his career in the hospitality industry in 2001 as Head of the Management Innovation Team at Walkerhill Hotel. He was later promoted to Senior Executive Director, taking on roles such as Head of Corporate Marketing, Head of Management Support, and Head of Hotel Business at SK Networks Co., Ltd.

In 2017, he was appointed as President & CEO of Mayfield Hotel, a position he continues to hold today.

Currently, he serves as Vice President for External Affairs of the Korea Hotel Association, Member of the Prime Minister’s Regulatory Reform Committee, Member of the Hotel Rating Review Committee, and Vice President & Chairman of the Integrated Resort Committee at the Korea Academic Society of Tourism and Leisure. Through these roles, he actively communicates and collaborates within and beyond the hospitality industry.

In addition, he earned his Ph.D. in Tourism Studies from Kyung Hee University in 2017 and previously served as an Outside Director of the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute. He is also a Concurrent Professor at Yonsei University, where he is dedicated to nurturing future talent in the hotel industry.

김영문 메이필드호텔 대표는 호텔 전문 경영인으로서 다양한 경력을 바탕으로 9년째 대표이사를 맡고 있는 관광 전문가이다.

2001년 워커힐호텔 경영혁신팀장으로 호텔업계에 입문했으며, 이후 상무이사로 승진하여 법인마케팅 담당, 경영지원본부장, SK네트웍스㈜ 호텔사업담당 등을 역임하였다.

2017년 메이필드호텔 대표이사로 취임하여 현재에 이르고 있다.

현재 한국호텔업협회 대외협력부회장, 국무총리실 규제개혁위원, 호텔업 등급결정 심의위원, 한국관광학회 부회장 겸 복합리조트위원장으로 활동하며 업계 안팎과 활발히 소통하고 있다.

또한 2017년 경희대학교에서 관광학 박사학위를 취득하였으며, 한국문화관광연구원 사외이사를 역임하였다. 현재는 연세대학교 겸임교수로서 호텔업계 인력 양성에도 힘쓰고 있다.
