Hwangbo Suk is a hospitality operations expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Starting his career in restaurant kitchens and service halls during his Hotel Management studies, he has since built a comprehensive background in hotel operations—ranging from banquets, housekeeping, and front office to serving as Room Division Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.

He has worked with global hotel brands such as IHG, Best Western, and Accor, and has successfully managed properties across the full spectrum from 1-star to 5-star ratings.

Currently, he leads StayNeo, a company specializing in outsourced accommodation management and operational solution development. His current properties include New Blanc Central Myeongdong and The Western by StayNeo, where he has implemented a self-developed self-check-in solution to significantly enhance operational efficiency.

He is also actively integrating digital transformation (DX) into hospitality operations and standardizing these innovations to achieve outstanding results in revenue performance.

황보석 대표는 20년 이상의 호스피탈리티에 대한 전반적인 경험을 보유한 전문 운영가다.

호텔경영학과 재학 시절부터 레스토랑 주방 및 홀 아르바이트를 시작으로, 연회부터 하우스키핑, 프론트, 당직지배인, 객실 팀장, 부총지배인, 총지배인을 역임했다.

IHG, Bestwestern, Accor 등의 호텔 브랜드에서 근무 했으며, 1성에서 5성까지 다양한 호텔 등급을 모두 운영해본 경험을 가지고 있다.

현재 숙박시설 위탁 운영 서비스를 하는 동시에, 다양한 숙박 및 공간 운영 솔루션 개발도 병행하고 있다.

운영 숙박시설로는 “뉴블랑 센트럴 명동” 및 “더웨스턴바이스테이네오”가 있으며, 직접 개발한 셀프체크인 솔루션을 통해 극대화된 운영 효율성을 만들어 내고 있다.

기타, 다양한 DX를 호텔에 접목하고, 메뉴얼화 시키는 작업을 진행하고 있으며, 이에 따른 수익 경영에 대해 남다른 성과를 만들어 내고 있다.
