Sangkil Yoon is a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in hotel operations, brand development, revenue management, and hotel technology. He spent 15 years at InterContinental Hotels, gaining hands-on expertise in front office operations and strategic planning, before successfully launching Korea’s first business hotel brand, Nine Tree Hotel, under Parnas Hotel Co.

He later served as General Manager of the 500-room Western Grace Hotel, overseeing full-scale operations across rooms, F&B, weddings, and banquets. In 2018, he joined ‘Codi the Manager’, a hotel tech startup, where he contributed to the development of an AI-based Revenue Management System (RMS) and participated in patent filings related to OTA revenue optimization.

Following that, he joined the KOVIE project, a Korea-Vietnam joint hotel brand, gaining international experience in pre-opening and operations. He currently serves as General Manager at PJ Hotel Myeongdong, leading wedding business transformation and profitability-focused strategies across all hotel departments.

웨스턴 그레이스 호텔의 오픈 총괄을 맡아 객실, 식음, 연회, 웨딩까지 전반을 아우르는 운영을 경험하였으며, 2018년에는 호텔 테크 분야로 영역을 확장해 ‘코디더매니저” 에 합류하였습니다. 이곳에서 AI 기반 RMS 시스템 개발과 OTA 수익 관련 특허 출원에 참여하며 기술 기반 수익 전략에도 기여했습니다.

이후 베트남에서 한-베 합작 브랜드 ‘KOVIE’ 프로젝트를 진행하며 글로벌 시장에서의 브랜드 런칭과 운영 경험을 쌓았고, 현재는 명동 PJ호텔 총지배인으로서 웨딩 사업의 수익화와 호텔 전반의 수익성 극대화 전략을 이끌고 있습니다.
